Job summary

Artelia Middle-East is seeking a Project Commercial Manager in Dubai to lead the commercial, quantity surveying and cost management activities across pre- and post-contract phases. You will oversee cost planning, estimating, Bills of Quantities, procurement, tendering, contract administration and final accounts under FIDIC frameworks.

Qualifications

• Minimum fifteen (15) years' post-graduation experience in quantity surveying or commercial management.
• Minimum three (3) years' experience on major airport projects, including terminal buildings, maintenance facilities or other aviation-related projects.
• Demonstrable experience on major building and infrastructure projects with a construction value exceeding USD 500 million.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre- and post-contract cost management and estimating.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities and cost plans.
• Manage procurement, tendering and contract administration.
• Lead commercial negotiations and final account settlements.
• Prepare monthly commercial reports and cash flow forecasts.
