Job summary

Q Tech General Trading LLC is seeking a customer-centric Program Manager to lead Retail Selection Programs for the MENA region. You will own all initiatives aiming to speed up product selection, addition, and conversion across the funnel, working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Experience driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead Retail Selection Programs across the MENA region.
• Own selection goals, track progress, and coordinate with leaders and support teams.
• Identify growth opportunities and build programs and processes to realize them.
• Transform customer insights into projects, features and processes to diversify the product selection.
• Establish and track growth metrics and success indicators for selection initiatives.
