Job summary

Q Tech General Trading LLC in Dubai is seeking a customer-centric Program Manager to lead the Retail Selection Programs for the MENA region. You will own initiatives to speed up selection addition and conversion across the funnel and align with business goals.

You will collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, translate customer insights into programs, define metrics, and drive end-to-end delivery in a fast-paced environment, while owning accountability for outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of cross-functional collaboration with tech and non-tech teams.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own initiatives to speed up selection addition and conversion.
• Set and track MENA selection goals across the region.
• Collaborate with leaders across business, support and technical teams to develop initiatives.
• Identify growth opportunities and build programs and processes to realize them.
• Translate customer insights into projects and processes that increase and diversify the product selection.
