Job summary

Mastercard powers economies and supports digital payments worldwide. Mastercard seeks a Title and Summary Specialist, Products and Solutions to enable strategic commercialization for priority clients in the Middle East and beyond.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft compelling business cases, create executive-ready materials, and support RFP responses while delivering high-quality outputs that align with Mastercard’s standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in consulting, strategy, product management, commercialization, business development, payments.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear business insights and recommendations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills incl. executive and client presentations.
• Proven team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality outputs.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Copilot.
• Familiarity with payments, financial services, fintech, or digital commerce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supports strategic commercialization activities across priority clients, market initiatives, and growth opportunities.
• Collaborates with business units to enable better decision making and supports the delivery of strategy and performance
• Contributes to client development efforts by supporting business cases, opportunity assessments, solution positioning, and commercialization strategies.
• Assists in the development of RFP responses, client presentations, executive-ready materials, and proposal content that articulate Mastercard's value proposition.
• Performs research and analysis on market trends, client needs, competitive dynamics, and business opportunities to support strategic decision-making.
• Utilizes problem-solving, communication, and project management skills to support multiple priorities simultaneously.
