Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Product Manager for the Merchant Cloud Gateway Core Processing portfolio in the Middle East and Africa region. You will translate market needs into scalable solutions across domestic and international payment rails, gateway services, and related strategic areas.

You will collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to position, build, launch, and scale products that strengthen Mastercard's regional payment offerings.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in agile product management in payments, fintech, technology or related discipline.
• Strong understanding of payment products, gateway services or processing platforms.
• Analytical, structured, and solutions-oriented mindset with insight-led recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own roadmap development, prioritization, and execution for defined focus areas.
• Drive go-to-market planning, commercialization, and adoptions of Core Processing products.
• Design and conduct user and market research to identify pain points and growth opportunities.
• Ensure alignment between business priorities, customer outcomes, product requirements and tech delivery.
• Oversee creation of clear high-quality technical and business requirements for delivery.
• Build relationships with regional teams, customers, partners, and delivery functions to achieve objectives.
