Job summary

Theron Solutions is seeking a Product Owner to drive the product vision and strategy in Abu Dhabi. You will translate leadership and business requirements into clearly defined, prioritized product backlog, epics, features and user stories to guide incremental delivery across digital, AI, data and technology domains.

You will maintain an end-to-end roadmap, support release planning and dependency management, and define value cases with KPIs and success criteria to ensure products deliver tangible

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain end-to-end product vision and strategy.
• Capture and articulate leadership and business requirements and translate them into the backlog and program products.
• Translate strategic objectives into a prioritized and outcome-driven product roadmap.
• Decompose objectives into clear product goals, epics, features and user stories.
• Establish and maintain a transparent prioritized product backlog aligned with business outcomes.
• Maintain a rolling product roadmap supporting incremental delivery and adaptation to changing priorities.
• Support product release planning, sequencing and dependency management across teams and platforms.
• Define, validate and maintain product value cases with KPIs, benefits-realization metrics and success criteria.
