Job summary

Amana Talent L.L.C-FZ seeks an executive-level Product Leader to own the product vision and portfolio roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and customer needs. You will govern a cross-platform roadmap, resolve dependencies, and manage budgets with a data-driven, AI-aware approach.

You will lead, coach and develop the Product team, establish governance, and build a culture of decisiveness, accountability and measurable outcomes across Technology, Finance, Marketing and Operations.

Key Accountabilities

Product Vision Strategy

Own and continuously evolve the product vision strategy and portfolio roadmap aligned with business goals market opportunities and customer needs Translate strategy into prioritised outcomes and investment priorities holding the Product team accountable for developing robust business cases and engaging Finance early Establish portfolio-level goals KPIs and success metrics ensuring accountability for customer commercial and operational performance Advise executive leadership on product opportunities market trends and risks and represent the Product function with clients vendors and strategic partners

Portfolio Governance Delivery

Own the integrated roadmap across products and platforms governing prioritisation and balancing customer value business impact dependencies capacity and risk Establish standards and operating principles for product discovery delivery and lifecycle management Lead roadmap and portfolio reviews resolve cross-functional dependencies and make transparent trade-off decisions Monitor portfolio performance against agreed KPIs drive corrective action where outcomes fall short and manage approved product budgets and third-party product expenditure

Product Leadership Talent

Lead coach and develop the Product team establishing high standards for product managers who own outcomes end-to-end communicate clearly and take accountability for execution and results Build product management capability and succession pipelines fostering a culture of decisiveness written clarity and outcome ownership Establish and continuously improve the Product operating model governance frameworks templates and ways of working Promote a customer-centric data-driven and disciplined culture supported by consistent reporting accountability and follow-through

AI Future of the Function

Define how AI can transform product discovery delivery and decision-making adapting team structures roles and capabilities as the technology evolves Establish standards for AI-enabled product practices including evaluation frameworks human-in-the-loop safeguards and build-versus-buy and vendor selection decisions Maintain a strong working knowledge of AI capabilities and collaborate with Technology and Data teams to identify genuine product and commercial value while avoiding technology-led decisions without clear business justification

Cross-Functional Leadership Risk
