Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and develop reliable suppliers to meet the companys procurement requirements.
• Obtain and compare quotations from multiple suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules and other commercial conditions.
• Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with approved requisitions and company policies.
• Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchasing requirements and delivery timelines.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Monitor purchase orders pending deliveries and outstanding supplier commitments.
