Job summary

Confidential is seeking a procurement professional to contribute to the development and implementation of the organization's procurement plan. You will work closely with the Section Head to align timelines and objectives, ensuring transparent processes and compliance with budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of professional procurement experience.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to development of the procurement plan and budgets.
• Implement the procurement plan in coordination with the Section Head.
• Monitor market developments to identify suitable suppliers.
• Receive and review purchase requests and verify stock availability.
• Develop supplier qualification criteria and evaluation procedures.
• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders per supplier agreements.
• Evaluate supplier performance and resolve disputes.
• Maintain procurement and contract records.
