ADIB - Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank is seeking a Procurement Operations Manager in Abu Dhabi. You will lead the VMCP operating model, overseeing policy, governance, and controls while managing low-value spend.

The role requires senior procurement experience, stakeholder engagement, and a focus on value realization across the organization. You will drive negotiations, monitor budgets, and develop analytics to report savings and risks to senior management.

Qualificações

• Minimum 12 years procurement experience.
• CIPS qualification or progress toward it.
• Legal awareness (LLB) and/or financial services experience.
• Strong data analytics and reporting capabilities.
• Excellent presentation skills and stakeholder engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Lead VMCP operating model, policy, procedures and controls.
• Manage and execute VMCP low-value spend for ADIB departments.
• Increase VMCP spend influence and value realization.
• Lead major negotiations and engage senior stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks across the supply chain.
• Develop KPI/KRI reporting and automate processes.
• Ensure budget monitoring and savings realization.
