Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or related field with MBA preferable.
• Master’s degree (MBA) or equivalent.
• Professional certifications such as CIPS, CPSM, PMP.

Responsibilities

• Develop procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage end-to-end procurement process from sourcing to contract award and supplier performance.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard qualified suppliers and contractors.
• Lead contract negotiations to achieve cost, quality, delivery, and risk outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with policies, ethics, and regulations.
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and supply risks for informed decisions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on demand and technical requirements.
• Manage supplier performance, KPIs, audits, and continuous improvement.
• Control procurement budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Resolve supplier issues related to quality, delivery, or disputes.
• Prepare procurement reports, forecasts, and dashboards.
• Lead, mentor, and develop procurement team members.
