Al Tayer Group seeks an experienced Procurement Leader to drive strategic sourcing across high-spend categories in the UAE. You will shape sourcing strategies, manage supplier relationships, and ensure compliant, cost-effective procurement processes.

You will lead RFIs/RFPs, negotiate terms, and implement performance metrics while coordinating with stakeholders and legal teams. This role requires 7+ years in procurement in the UAE and strong ERP experience.

Competenze

• Graduate with MBA or equivalent in Finance/Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years in procurement, UAE preferred.
• Strong analytic, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Mansioni

• Lead high-spend category sourcing to deliver value.
• Develop strategic sourcing plans with risk analysis.
• Coordinate activities to achieve lowest total cost of ownership.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Create RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs using e-sourcing tools.
• Lead pre-negotiation planning and post-negotiation follow-ups.
• Build cost models to analyze supplier costs and terms.
• Prepare and manage contracts and monitor performance.
• Conduct quarterly supplier performance reviews.
