We One is seeking a dynamic presales lead to drive ELV/AV opportunities and shape solution architecture across the GCC. You will influence scope, ensure profitable bids, and build strong client and vendor partnerships.

The role demands deep cross-functional collaboration, strong communication, and a track record of expanding service offerings in smart solutions and digital transformation.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• Master’s degree in Strategy or Business Management is a plus.
• 4-6 years of experience in smart solutions, digital transformation, or as a technical lead.

Mansioni

• Drive early involvement in ELV/AV opportunities to influence scope and strategy.
• Support Sales in pursuing high-value opportunities while maintaining margins.
• Own presales governance for client selection, scope, risk, and profitability.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships to influence requirements.
• Lead end-to-end ELV/AV solution design (Security, ICT, AV, cabling, Smart & Digital Systems).
• Drive value engineering and innovative alternatives to improve competitiveness.
• Advise Sales on technical strategy, pricing logic, risk areas, and bid strategy.
• Ensure proposals are technically compliant, commercially sound, competitive, and clearly presented.
• Identify and mitigate risks at presales stage.
• Collaborate with Operations to validate buildability and delivery readiness.
• Design presales processes, templates, costing models, and governance frameworks.
• Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing presales team and contribute to roadmap.
