Job summary

Own Retail is seeking a Portfolio Strategy & Planning Manager to shape the Global South region's portfolio strategy, planning and performance. You'll drive cross-functional alignment, lead strategic workstreams and present executive-level recommendations to stakeholders.

You will analyze market developments, customer needs and competitive dynamics to inform portfolio direction and growth opportunities, mentoring teams and supporting governance processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in Portfolio Strategy, Business Planning, Corporate Strategy or related field.
• Experience leading complex strategic initiatives and cross-functional workstreams.
• Experience developing executive-level recommendations and influencing senior management.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio assessments across products, segments, applications and markets.
• Identify gaps and optimization opportunities to strengthen portfolio structure and market coverage.
• Lead portfolio planning activities and develop scenarios for growth opportunities.
• Present strategic findings to senior stakeholders and support decision-making.
