Job summary

Müller’s Solutions in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is seeking an experienced ServiceNow SPM Architect to design and implement strategic portfolio management solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will help align portfolios with business objectives and drive better decision-making across projects, programs, and resources.

The role requires leading design efforts, governance, and integration across modules, with a focus on demand, resource, and financial management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform, focusing on Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
• Strong understanding of portfolio, program, and project management methodologies and best practices.
• Experience in designing and delivering ServiceNow SPM solutions including demand, resource, and financial management.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow architecture principles, configuration, and integration techniques.
• Effective communication skills, capable of working with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• ServiceNow certifications relevant to SPM or ITOM are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow SPM solutions aligned with enterprise strategy and governance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into architectural designs for SPM modules including demand, project portfolio, resource, and financial management.
• Develop and enforce governance frameworks for portfolio oversight.
• Integrate SPM solutions with other ServiceNow modules and external systems for end-to-end visibility and reporting.
• Drive automation of workflows to improve process efficiency and data accuracy.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams and project managers.
• Ensure solutions meet compliance, security, and scalability standards.
• Stay updated on ServiceNow SPM capabilities and industry trends to recommend continuous improvements.
