Job summary

RAQMEA in Dubai seeks an experienced ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) Business Analyst to lead requirement gathering, client engagements, and functional delivery across end-to-end SPM implementations.

The ideal candidate will run client workshops, deliver product demonstrations, translate business needs into functional specifications, and ensure configurations meet agreed requirements across Demand, Project & Portfolio Management, Resource, and Financial Management.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience delivering end-to-end ServiceNow SPM implementations across Demand, Project, Resource and Financial Management.
• Ability to run client-facing workshops, demos, and requirement-gathering sessions independently.
• Strong documentation skills to translate business needs into structured specifications and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering with business stakeholders across Demand, Project, Resource, and Financial Management processes.
• Facilitate client workshops to map current-state processes and define future-state solutions.
• Prepare and deliver product demonstrations of ServiceNow SPM capabilities for client use cases.
• Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• Own functional design across SPM modules and validate configurations against requirements.
• Coordinate and support UAT, including test scenarios and issue tracking.
• Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout delivery.
