ADNOC in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, is seeking a Corporate Strategic Planning and Performance Specialist to contribute to the development of corporate strategy, long-term business plans and strategic performance management initiatives.

The role supports the Five-Year Strategic Plan and the Corporate Balanced Scorecard, coordinating with divisions and stakeholders to analyze data, develop indicators and report to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years in strategic planning within a large industrial organization.
• Oil and gas industry experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to corporate strategy development and long-term planning.
• Develop KPIs and strategic initiatives with stakeholders.
• Coordinate Five-Year Plan and Balanced Scorecard implementation.
• Monitor performance and prepare executive management reports.
• Ensure quality and compliance with ADNOC standards.
