Job summary

Julphar in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Procurement Specialist to manage purchase orders for pharmaceutical raw materials and finished goods, ensure specifications, negotiate terms and monitor supplier performance for timely deliveries.

With 5+ years in pharma supply chain, you will drive KPI reporting and continuous improvement while collaborating across functions and leveraging SAP/Ariba systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Science.
• Minimum 5 years supply chain experience in pharma.
• Procurement or supply chain certification is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with data analysis tools.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and SAP Ariba.

Responsibilities

• Create and validate purchase orders for raw materials.
• Create POs for finished products and commercial items.
• Negotiate terms and monitor supplier performance.
• Ensure timely deliveries and resolve supply issues.
