Job summary

Julphar is seeking an experienced M&A Manager to lead end-to-end transactions in pharma/healthcare. You will coordinate deal sourcing, financial modelling, due diligence, and negotiations while shaping post-merger integration strategies.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in M&A or BD, exposure to licensing and cross-border deals, and strong leadership skills to collaborate with Regulatory, R&D and Manufacturing teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in M&A, Corporate Development, or Transaction Advisory
• Experience in pharmaceuticals, biotech or healthcare services
• Proven track record of closed transactions (deal sheet required)
• Exposure to licensing, partnerships, JV structures
• Prior roles in Pharma corporates, Big 4 Transaction Services, or healthcare investment banking
• Leadership and ability to drive cross-functional processes
