Job summary

Julphar in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Specialist Purchase to manage material delivery with suppliers, handle SAP tasks, and support sourcing strategies.

The role requires strong negotiation, analytical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration within our pharma operations, ensuring compliance and timely shipments.

You will work closely with QC, clearance, and stores to optimize stock and deliveries, reinforcing Julphar's commitment to quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Logistics/Business Admin or related field.
• 5-6 years’ experience in pharma/healthcare purchasing.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Strong MS Office skills and procurement software experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate supplier communications and proforma invoices after order confirmation.
• Arrange advance payment and LC with accounts per PO terms.
• Follow up on supplier payments (advance and credit).
• Track MOH permit processes and required registrations.
• Coordinate with QC, Clearance and stores to ensure material release and delivery.
• Prepare and update SAP inbound deliveries and reports with latest delivery info.
