Job summary

Julphar in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, seeks a seniorProcurement Lead to manage end-to-end P2P for CAPEX, OPEX, and services. You will drive supplier sourcing, contract negotiations, and ensure GMP-QMS compliance across global logistics and vendor management.

You will coordinate with Finance for timely payments, lead cross-functional teams, and generate KPIs on PRs, PO volumes, and cost savings. A strong pharma procurement background is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in Procurement.
• Experience with GMP/QMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Purchasing: manage PR, RFQs, price benchmarking, and SAP PO release for indirect procurement.
• Sourcing & Negotiation: source new suppliers, negotiate terms, manage freight and forwarder nominations.
• Logistics & Delivery: oversee international logistics including MOH approvals, customs clearance, and timely delivery.
• Compliance, Quality & Audit: manage GMP-QMS activities and internal controls aligning with risk matrices.
