This role requires a consultative, relationship-first approach, travel as needed, and the ability to navigate regulatory environments across jurisdictions, including the UAE and Europe, as the company expands its healthcare services.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales within the pharmaceutical, life sciences, or healthcare services industry.
• Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to engage decision makers.
• Understanding of regulatory and market access environments in pharma across multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with existing partners and clinics, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and expansion of engagement.
• Identify, approach, and convert new clients, partners, and business leads within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector.
• Develop and execute partnership strategies aligned with company growth targets.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to build a strong professional network.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with regulatory, operations, and technical teams to ensure smooth partner onboarding and delivery.
