Job summary

Besins Healthcare seeks a Regional Medical Affairs Manager – Strategic Partnerships to lead scientific activities across partner markets in the Middle East region. The role drives medical leadership, training and compliant medical support for distributors and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with global medical strategies and local regulations.

The candidate will review distributor materials, develop education programs and engage with KOLs, societies and regional experts.

Qualifications

MD degree required; postgraduate qualification in a relevant therapeutic area desirable.
5+ years of Medical Affairs experience within pharma/biotech, with international or regional exposure.
Fluent English is required; Arabic and/or French language skills are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Provide scientific and medical leadership to support strategic partnerships and distributor markets.
Review distributor materials for scientific accuracy and compliance with product information.
Design and deliver medical education and training for distributor medical representatives and partner stakeholders.
Engage with congresses, roundtables and regional experts to gather insights and support medical strategies.
Handle medical information requests and develop evidence-based responses for partner markets.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure compliant medical plans and regional effectiveness.
