Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a finance management role.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; ACA/ACCA/CIMA preferred.
• Proven UK finance experience with UK GAAP (FRS 102), IFRS, HMRC, VAT and Corporation Tax compliance.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and financial controls in a growing organisation.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, invoicing, payroll, cash flow and reconciliations.
• Prepare multi-entity and multi-currency consolidated financial statements and reports.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes across departments.
• Monitor financial performance against targets and flag risks or opportunities to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with UK and UAE tax requirements and regulatory bodies.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, tax advisors and regulatory bodies.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable and ensure healthy working capital management.
• Support commercial and partnership teams with financial input on deal structuring and contract terms.
• Implement and maintain robust financial controls, processes and systems.
• Provide financial analysis to support strategic decision‑making, including new market entry and partnership evaluation.
