Job summary

Taptap Send in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is seeking a Senior People Operations Manager to lead multi-country employment initiatives and scale core People Ops processes as the company expands across markets.

You will own employee relations, set up employment in new jurisdictions, automate payroll and contracts, and maintain accurate people data while partnering with Legal and Finance to ensure compliance and efficiency across our global footprint.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in People Ops or a similar operational role.
• Hands-on experience managing employee relations cases and performance processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the employee relations function, including sensitive cases, performance processes, and investigations.
• Lead the set-up of employment in new jurisdictions; from entity and payroll establishment to contracts, benefits, and local compliance.
• Automate and run core People Ops processes, building payroll into a streamlined operation across markets.
• Own multi-country employment compliance, keeping aligned with local labour law as we operate and expand.
• Deliver discrete People Ops projects end to end, scoping, driving, and landing improvements to how the function runs.
• Automate and streamline manual workflows, reducing operational load and improving accuracy.
• Maintain accurate people data and reporting to support headcount, attrition, and compliance tracking.
