Job summary

Continental International Group in Dubai seeks an experienced business development professional to drive B2B growth and manage external partnerships across insurance and wealth management channels.

You will develop strategic alliances with financial advisors, brokers, and distribution partners, expand the partner network, and drive profitable business growth across product lines. Strong UAE market experience and an established network are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years' experience in international insurance, wealth management, or banking.
• Strong UAE market experience and extensive professional network.
• Proven track record in business development, partnership acquisition, or intermediary management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive B2B business development through identification, onboarding, and management of external partners.
• Develop partnerships with financial advisors, insurers, brokers, and distribution partners.
• Expand partner network, grow market share and drive profitable growth across product lines.
• Build and manage relationships with EAMs, private banks, family offices, and other distribution partners.
• Develop HNI/UHNI protection opportunities from engagement through onboarding and conversion.
• Drive revenue growth, manage pipelines and coordinate with internal teams to deliver client solutions.
• Work with a strong product suite and support team with ongoing learning and professional development.
