Qualifications

Overview

This is a high-impact role for someone who thinks beyond traditional business development.

The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, strong commercial instincts and an action-oriented approach. You will be expected to identify where Biz2X can create value within the financial services ecosystem, develop partnership strategies, build relationships with senior stakeholders and convert those relationships into tangible business outcomes.

You will work across the fintech, banking, SaaS and financial services ecosystem, identifying and developing partnerships with banks, financial institutions, fintechs, payment companies, technology providers, platforms, ecosystem players and other strategic partners.

This role requires someone who can operate independently, create opportunities rather than wait for them, and move from idea → strategy → relationship → execution → measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnerships

• Develop and execute a partnership strategy aligned with Biz2X's MENA growth objectives.
• Identify high-potential strategic partners across banking, fintech, SaaS, payments and financial services.
• Build a structured pipeline of strategic partnerships and prioritize opportunities based on commercial impact.
• Develop partnership propositions that create clear value for both Biz2X and prospective partners.
• Engage with senior decision-makers and build long-term strategic relationships.
• Identify opportunities for partnerships that can generate new customers, revenue streams, distribution channels or market access.

Ecosystem Development

Build and continuously expand Biz2X's strategic ecosystem across:

• Banks and financial institutions
• Fintech companies
• Payment companies
• Digital platforms
• SaaS providers
• SME ecosystem players
• Accounting and ERP platforms
• Embedded finance providers
• Lending and credit infrastructure companies
• Government and industry ecosystem organizations
• Technology and cloud partners

The successful candidate will be measured not by the number of meetings or partnerships signed, but by business impact.
