Job summary

Accenture Middle East is seeking an OT Cybersecurity professional to support the delivery of engagements across advisory and hands-on engineering. You will partner with OT teams, OEMs, and vendors to design, implement and maintain secure OT environments aligned with business goals.

The role requires experience in OT/ICS architectures, industry standards, and a track record of delivering end-to-end OT security solutions in critical infrastructure sectors.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of cybersecurity experience with exposure to OT/ICS environments.
• Experience delivering OT cybersecurity consulting, engineering, design, and implementation engagements.
• Strong understanding of OT/ICS architectures and industrial networks.
• Hands-on experience designing or supporting OT security technologies.
• Certifications like GICSP, ISA/IEC 62443, CISSP, or CISM are advantageous.
• Experience with Energy, Oil & Gas, Utilities or other critical infrastructure sectors is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end OT Cybersecurity engagements across assessments, strategy, architecture, engineering, design and implementation.
• Conduct maturity assessments, gap analyses, risk assessments and security reviews.
• Design and engineer OT cybersecurity solutions aligned with client needs.
• Develop high/low level designs, security architectures, and implementation roadmaps.
• Support implementation and configuration of OT security technologies.
• Participate in design workshops, system integration testing, and handover activities.
• Collaborate with OT, IT and cybersecurity teams to translate requirements into secure solutions.
• Work with OT OEMs, system integrators and vendors to validate solutions.
• Apply IEC 62443, NIST, NERC CIP and ISO 27001/27019 standards.
• Produce technical deliverables and implementation documentation.
• Support client workshops, demonstrations and proposals.
• Stay current with OT technologies, threats and regulatory requirements.
