Job summary

ADNOC Group in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced HR leader to drive Organization Development initiatives, design optimal group structures, and deliver governance across the enterprise. The role guides change programs, implements OD strategies, and aligns processes with ADNOC’s long-term business priorities.

You will oversee performance management, manpower planning, and cross-group collaboration, ensuring readiness and efficiency in a complex energy conglomerate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or HR Management or equivalent professional qualification.
• 15 years of professional experience in HR Management, including Organization development/design and related processes within a large organization, with 8 years in a managerial role.
• Deep knowledge of organization development and design methodologies and tools.
• Strong project management skills with commercial acumen.
• Strategic thinking, negotiation and planning capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise the activities of the Department to achieve Division objectives.
• Develop competencies and talent pipelines in coordination with HC Group to meet UAE Nationals targets.
• Provide oversight of organizational reviews and design to ensure optimal structures and manpower levels.
• Lead implementation of Department policies, processes, and internal controls to support division work programs.
• Prepare MIS and progress reports for Company Management to manage the business.
