Job summary

Faham is seeking a Production Planner in Dubai to convert demand into an executable production schedule. The role requires ownership of the plan, coordination across Sales, Fulfillment, Procurement, Warehouse, Production and Delivery, and proactive risk management to ensure on-time commitments.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years in production planning, strong ERP/MRP experience, and hands-on leadership on complex manufacturing environments with high product variety.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on production planning experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment with high product variety and customer-specific orders.
• Proven experience managing production plans across multiple work centers and production areas.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the production plan and planning discipline.
• Identify risks early and drive recovery actions across functions.
• Challenge unrealistic commitments and coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Warehouse, and Delivery to protect customer commitments.
