Job summary

ADNOC Group is seeking an experienced Business Planner for the Operations division in Abu Dhabi. The role coordinates planning cycles, budgets, and performance reporting to support management decisions with timely information.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and at least 6 years of planning experience in a large industrial/Oil & Gas environment, with strong budgeting and ISO audit exposure. On-site role in Abu Dhabi with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field; engineering degree preferred.
• Minimum 6 years in business planning within a large industrial setting, oil & gas preferred.
• Solid knowledge of budgeting, costing, finance principles and planning terminology.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning cycles and review processes with stakeholders.
• Prepare site short- and long-term business plans and periodic reports.
• Monitor budgets, perform variance analysis and justify deviations.
• Support ISO audits and follow up on audit recommendations.
• Develop performance metrics and ensure timely, accurate information for management.
