Job summary

Peergrowth Consultancy Co. in Dubai seeks a motivated Management Associate to support senior leadership with strategic analysis, market research, operations coordination, and business development. The role emphasizes analytical thinking, technology use, and proactive project execution.

You will build dashboards, coordinate cross-functional tasks, and contribute to customer and partner engagements while preparing executive-level documentation and recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in operations, research, coordination, analysis, or business development.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, engineering, technology, consulting or related sectors is a plus.
• Experience with CRM systems, project management tools, or BI platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market, industry, competitor, technology, and country-level research.
• Analyze trends and opportunities; support strategic initiatives, partnerships, acquisitions, and expansion.
• Develop trackers, dashboards, databases, and reporting systems; track projects and opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal departments, customers, suppliers, and partners; ensure timely follow-up and closure.
• Prepare professional presentations, reports, and executive summaries.
• Support business development, commercial activities, and opportunity evaluation.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and leverage technology for efficiency.
