Strategic MEP & Civil Procurement Engineer – Dubai

Job summary

Client of NexRevo Global in Dubai is seeking a Procurement Engineer MEP & Civil to manage end-to-end sourcing for civil, mechanical, electrical and plumbing materials for large-scale projects. You will source suppliers, run RFQs, evaluate quotations, negotiate terms and prepare POs to coordinate delivery with site teams.

You will work with QA/QC, logistics and engineering teams to ensure material compliance and timely procurement in a dynamic construction environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Procurement or related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years procurement experience within construction, contracting, engineering, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong experience in procurement of Civil and/or MEP materials and equipment.
• Hands-on experience in RFQs, quotation comparison, supplier evaluation, negotiations, and purchase orders.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement for Civil/MEP materials and equipment.
• Source and evaluate reliable suppliers, vendors and manufacturers.
• Prepare and issue RFQs; compare quotations and conduct commercial evaluations.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Coordinate purchase orders and delivery with site teams and logistics.
