Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required.
• 3–5 years of procurement experience in MEP/Construction.
• Strong knowledge of MEP materials, suppliers, and UAE market.
• Familiarity with BOQ, contracts, and technical submittals.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and procuring MEP materials, equipment, and subcontract packages in line with project specs, budget, and timelines.
• Coordinate with project, design, and site teams to ensure timely deliveries and cost optimization.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare purchase orders and subcontract agreements and maintain procurement logs.
• Monitor deliveries, track lead times, and ensure compliance with technical and contractual requirements.
