Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of procurement experience in MEP/construction.
• CPP certification (or similar) highly desirable.
• Experience with procurement software/tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage procurement strategies for MEP systems, ensuring alignment with project timelines and budgets.
• Conduct detailed market analysis to identify and evaluate potential suppliers, fostering strong supplier relationships.
• Prepare and issue RFQs, ensuring clarity in technical specs and commercial terms.
