My.dormakaba in Dubai is seeking a proactive Material Management Analyst to manage end-to-end material flow from PR validation to PO processing, ensuring material availability and optimized inventory with cross-functional coordination across Procurement, Production and Sales.

This role emphasizes data-driven process improvement and S&OP support to maintain delivery reliability and cost efficiency, evolving from tactical planning to strategic material management in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or related field.
• 36 years of experience in Material Planning Inventory Management or Supply Chain Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Validate and process all Purchase Requisitions (PRs) to initiate timely procurement.
• Manage inventory and replenishment plans to prevent stockouts.
• Review and update safety stock levels quarterly based on business trends.
• Support the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process with forecast tracking and material availability planning.
• Reduce un-used stock through data-driven initiatives.
• Collaborate with Procurement Sales and Production teams to ensure smooth order flow.
