Job summary

HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology in Dubai seeks an Executive – Planning & Analytics to join the Supply Chain – Planning team. The role supports material and production planning, demand forecasting, data analysis, and management reporting, requiring advanced MS Excel, statistical analysis, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will develop dashboards and tools in Excel and Power BI, maintain planning master data in SAP, and provide ad-hoc analyses to guide business decisions.

Qualifications

• Advanced MS Excel with strong mathematical and statistical functions.

• Experience in data interpretation, trend analysis, and forecasting techniques.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor material and production plans based on sales, forecasts, inventory and capacity.
• Ensure timely availability of finished products, packaging materials, and bulk materials per planning cycle.
• Develop priority production plans and coordinate with Production, Procurement, Warehouse and Sales.
• Support demand planning and forecasting by analyzing historical data and trends.
• Monitor planned vs actual production, identify gaps and potential constraints.
• Analyze planning and supply chain data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards and management presentations using Excel and Power BI.
• Develop and maintain advanced Excel-based planning tools, trackers and models.
• Maintain accuracy of planning master data in SAP and support MRP activities.
• Provide ad-hoc data analysis and management reports to support decisions.

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Executive – Planning & Analytics to join our Supply Chain – Planning team. The role will support material and production planning, demand forecasting, data analysis, and management reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Advanced MS Excel, statistical and mathematical analysis, forecasting, and supply chain planning, with the ability to convert data into actionable business insights and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and monitor material and production plans based on sales requirements, demand forecasts, inventory, and production capacity.

• Ensure timely availability of finished products, packaging materials (PM), and bulk materials as per the planning cycle.

• Develop priority production plans and coordinate with Production, Procurement, Warehouse, Sales, and other departments for timely execution.

• Support demand planning and forecasting by analyzing historical sales, consumption, trends, seasonality, and inventory data.

• Monitor planned vs. actual production, identify gaps, and highlight potential material or supply constraints.

• Analyze planning and supply chain data to identify trends, patterns, variances, and improvement opportunities.

• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, analytical reports, and management presentations using Excel and Power BI.

• Develop and maintain advanced Excel-based planning tools, trackers, dashboards, and analytical models.

• Maintain accuracy of relevant planning master data in SAP and support MRP-related planning activities.
