• 5–8 years in consumer insights, market research, or analytics.
• Strong understanding of study design, sampling, surveys, and data analysis.
• Experience managing multi-market research programs or insight-led projects.
• Ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end research ownership across multiple business units.
• Lead quantitative and qualitative projects (brand tracking, customer studies, market assessments).
• Translate outputs and feedback into sharp insights and practical next steps.
• Partner with senior leaders to frame questions and drive action from findings.
• Oversee external research agencies from scoping to budgeting and timelines.
• Build knowledge systems to make outputs easy to access and apply.
• Craft insight narratives, executive presentations, and dashboards linking insights to business outcomes.
