Al Tayer Insignia invites a seasoned Customer Insights Lead to drive consumer, market and customer insight across GCC luxury retail platforms, shaping strategic decisions in partnership with the Senior Data & Analytics Manager. You will blend primary research, industry intelligence and internal data into integrated narratives across countries in scope.

Qualifications

6 to 8 years in consumer insights, market research or customer analytics in luxury/retail.
Experience in retail, luxury or consumer-facing industries.
Strong data interpretation and storytelling skills.
Experience designing and managing quantitative and qualitative studies.
Familiarity with loyalty data and customer analytics.

Responsibilities

Shape the annual insight agenda and translate priorities into a programme of research.
Design, commission and manage end-to-end quantitative and qualitative studies.
Deliver insights for market entry, brand positioning and customer experience projects.
Produce regular reports on customer behaviour, segments and value.
Collaborate with stakeholders and external partners to ensure quality and timeliness.
