Job summary

Cara Jewellers FZCO is seeking a skilled Market Research & Insights professional in Dubai to build segmentation personas and journey insights across retail, digital, and CRM. You will lead market intelligence for UAE and global luxury jewellery and manage surveys, interviews, and external agencies.

You will turn customer data into strategy with the CRM team and Salesforce, supporting product collection and post-launch CX analysis to drive premium customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Market Research, Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
• 5+ years in market research, consumer insights, or analytics
• Luxury, jewellery, fashion, or premium retail experience is a plus
• Strong quant + qual research skills, Excel/PowerPoint proficiency, and sharp storytelling with data
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage
• Curious, commercially minded, and passionate about the luxury consumer
