Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Maintenance Planning & Scheduling professional to oversee competency development and effective workforce allocation for planned maintenance activities. You will work closely with planning engineers to identify training needs and coordinate with sections across the organization to ensure timely delivery of maintenance tasks.

The role emphasizes optimization of resource use, reliable inventory management, and data-driven analysis of performance.

Qualifications

Experience in maintenance planning and scheduling.
Knowledge of SAP PM / CMMS and inventory management is a plus.
Strong analytical skills for reliability and performance analysis.

Responsibilities

Identify competencies of execution team and assign work orders effectively.
Support planning engineer in identifying competency levels to formulate training plans.
Update training records and plans to ensure timely delivery to team members.
Develop maintenance planning items in coordination with sections under the Planning engineer.
Plan optimum allocation of workforce for designated work order activity.
Utilize workforce time efficiently to maximize wrench time.
Monitor stock and usage levels of spares and materials to ensure availability.
Review inputs like Incident/ Trouble Reports, Consultant Studies, Work Requests, O/H and Inspection Reports to establish objectives.
