Job summary

The role requires a Law degree and UAE nationality, with 1 year of experience for Bachelor's holders (or 9 years for a Master’s or 6 years for a PhD). Certifications in Business and Commercial Law and CPCM are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law required.
• 1 year experience for Bachelor's holders (or 9 years for Master's / 6 years for PhD).
• UAE Nationals only.
• Certifications: Certificate in Business and Commercial Law; CPCM (Certified Professional Contract Manager).

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized legal opinions and recommendations to support decision-making.
• Analyze federal and local legislation, regulations, and decisions relevant to the Department.
• Draft and review contracts, MOUs, and legal documents to ensure legal compliance.
• Represent the Department in legal, judicial, and legislative matters.
• Conduct legal research and risk assessments regarding departmental operations.
• Contribute to the development of internal legal policies, manuals, and awareness programs.
