Job summary

The General Commercial Gaming Regulatory Authority (GCGRA) in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced AVP, Manager of Learning & Development to lead the design and implementation of a comprehensive Learning & Development framework.

This role requires expertise in aligning learning initiatives with organizational strategy and driving a culture of continuous learning. Candidates should have a strong background in HR leadership, coaching, and vendor management, as well as relevant qualifications.

The successful candidate will help optimize learning spend and ensure impactful training, driving workforce readiness within the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience required.
• Minimum of 5 years in Learning & Development leadership roles.
• Experience in governance and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Manage L&D budgets and optimize learning spend.
