Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. in Dubai is seeking a Senior Manager, Distribution Capability Development to oversee strategy and governance for the EAME Center of Excellence and drive key dealer capability programs.

Reporting to the VP Distribution Services COE, you will lead cross-functional teams, shape enterprise initiatives like Services Commitment and Condition Monitoring Development, and collaborate with dealers to deliver value for customers and the business.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
• Experience managing cross-country programs.
• Strong commercial, aftermarket or dealer development experience.
• Fluent in English; Arabic and/or French an advantage.
• Willingness to travel up to 35%.

Responsibilities

• Lead EAME-wide strategic project teams delivering enterprise initiatives such as Services Commitment.
• Execute and govern the EAME Distribution CoE Strategy.
• Define and lead capability development program standards across EAME.
• Identify, develop, and collaborate with dealers on strategic capability development programs.
• Oversee the hiring and development of the Distribution Capability Development team.
