Job summary

Caterpillar Dubai, United Arab Emirates is seeking a Strategic Sales Director to lead the global Strategic Sales organization within MWM Commercial Strategy, overseeing Complex Mega Projects, Strategic Corporate Accounts, Marketing & Business Development.

The role carries full P&L accountability for genset and service business and requires coordinating with regional and global teams to win large-scale opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years commercial experience
• People management experience to lead a medium-large team
• Experience in power generation market (genset, turbines, boilers)
• Above 50% international travel
• Proficient with CRM system (SFDC)

Responsibilities

• Lead global Strategic Sales org (~20 HCs) for CMP, SCA, BD and Marketing
• Own full P&L for genset and service business
• Develop and manage sales programs aligned with long- and short-term strategies
• Build and nurture relationships with global corporations in Power Generation, Oil & Gas, Chemical
• Coordinate with regional & Strategic sales to meet MWM objectives
