Job summary

Al Masaood is seeking a senior L&D leader to drive operational delivery and business partnering for Group Learning & Development. You will translate business priorities into learning solutions, oversee LMS and reporting, and ensure governance and data integrity across the group.

With 5+ years in L&D, you will design programs, manage budgets and vendor relationships, and lead cross-functional initiatives for leadership and talent development, aligning with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in L&D, talent management or HR functions.
• Experience in L&D business partnering and needs analysis.
• Strong policy development and governance experience.
• End-to-end learning ops including LMS, budgeting and reporting.
• Proficient with SAP SuccessFactors and HRIS/LMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of L&D activities and programs.
• Translate business priorities into learning solutions.
• Manage L&D budget, vendor selection, and forecasting.
• Develop dashboards and reports on learning performance.
• Drive adoption of group L&D initiatives and governance.
