• Customer Development & Maintenance: identify key client needs, nurture relationships, and design account management strategies to drive partnerships and continuity.
• Solution Design: analyze client challenges and industry trends to develop tailored supply chain solutions, lead bidding and pricing negotiations.
• Project Operations Management: monitor project quality and profitability, coordinate cross-functional resources, and ensure timely payments and execution.
• Market Insights & Strategy: gather industry trends and client feedback to produce market analyses and drive product innovations.
• Team Collaboration & Empowerment: oversee project roles, train teams, implement process improvements, and build a strong talent pipeline.
