Nothing seeks a seasoned Key Account Manager to lead our UAE/GCC retail partnerships. Working with the Sales Lead, you will nurture relationships with key retailers, carriers, e-tailers and distributors in the region and co-create transformational joint business plans that outrun the competition and drive Nothing’s ambitious 2025 goals.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience managing leading retailers in the GCC.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing/advertising/business or related field.
• Fluent in English; Arabic would be an added advantage.
• Proven effective relationship builder with retailers, carriers, e-tailers and distributors in GCC (UAE, Qatar...).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Bias-to-action with ability to deliver in short timeframes.
• Good communication skills to secure stakeholder buy-in.
• Entrepreneurial and comfortable with changing environments and multiple projects.
• Enjoy startup hustle with global impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop joint business plans with key retail partners to drive sales and align with the UAE/GCC strategy.
• Own the sales forecast across all products and channels for managed accounts.
• Set and achieve sales goals for Nothing in the region.
• Drive activities to ensure channel partners meet sales objectives.
• Understand retailers' strategies and shopper trends to inform plans.
• Co-create and execute tailored joint business plans that outperform competitors.
• Build strong external and internal relationships to enable growth.
• Evaluate business models with retailers and adapt go-to-market models as needed.
