Skillshand Carpentry and Decor LLC in Dubai is seeking a results-driven sales specialist to lead opportunities in luxury villa renovations and corporate fit-outs. You will tailor joinery solutions, review drawings, and prepare quotes with BOQs while coordinating with production and site teams for timely handovers.

Fluent English is required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus. The role involves client-facing pitches across UAE and travel as needed.

Formación

• UAE joinery, carpentry, interior fit-out, or building materials industry experience in the UAE (3–5 years)
• Strong network of UAE interior design firms, fit-out contractors, MEP consultants, real estate developers, and premium clients
• Ability to interpret architectural blueprints and CAD drawings; knowledge of wood types and finishes used in GCC

Responsabilidades

• Lead generation and manage sales pipeline across B2C and B2B sectors (luxury villas, corporate offices, hospitality)
• Conduct client consultations to pitch custom joinery solutions (fire-rated doors, wall paneling, acoustic panels, bespoke furniture)
• Collaborate with estimation and factory teams to prepare quotes, BOQs, and proposals
• Perform UAE site surveys and coordinate with site engineers to obtain preliminary measurements
• Ensure bid approvals and compliance with Dubai Civil Defense/fire-rated door requirements
• Act as liaison between client and workshop/installation teams for handovers within budgets and timelines
• Manage customer accounts and ensure timely payments according to milestones
