Job summary

Fortinet is seeking a Program Manager in the UAE to deliver complex IT security projects on time and within budget. You will lead a virtual team spanning Fortinet Sales, Professional Services, Engineers and Technical Support to ensure secure, profitable implementations.

The role requires strong negotiation, written and verbal communication, and a structured approach to project delivery, with experience in budgeting, risk management and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technical or management discipline or equivalent experience.
• PMP and/or PRINCE II certification are required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships and all stakeholders.
• Assemble and coordinate project teams with internal and external resources.
• Coordinate vendors and third parties for project delivery to ensure flawless execution.
• Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Manage change control and project scope, schedule and costs.
• Forecast revenue, monitor profitability and ensure proper invoicing.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting.
• Facilitate client meetings and communicate sensitive information tactfully.
